Friend finds one in a million in Peru

My friend has  been looking for a Latin wife for about 3 years now  and has made trips to Bogotá , Medellin and Panama and dated a few girls, but most were not what he was looking for, which was smart, educated, liked rock and roll music and American football and can hold a conversation and parents are still together.  He doesn’t go to discos or dance much but prefers a bar, listen to music or watch a live band.

Well, I told him so  many times “ dude, your looking for a needle in a hay stack” that’s next  to impossible to find in Latin America,  good luck”

So he posted profiles in few marriage agencies in Peru and a few girls wrote him, but one girl, stood out., Turns out, and even I couldn’t believe it, she speaks good English, is 26, good looking   plays the violin, has a degree in advertizing/ business or something like that, Her  favorite rock and roll bands are Cold Play and Boston, (Boston? Where did that come from???)   And she doesn’t like discos or dancing much, and  she likes American football, which is pretty amazing in itself, they even have bets on Monday night football games that she watches from live feed on the internet.  Hell, even im a little jealous


So, I guess if you look heard enough, are patient, you can find what your looking for, even in South America.

Congrats to your friend Mudd  

Its a given that many of you all have been giving Colombia (Cali, Medellin, BAQ) a chance.   I have been told of many stories which many of the women in Colombia doesnt pan out. Unsung or "unpopular" locations (ie Peru, Ecuador, and Honduras) seems to have those women who are serious about finding a foreigner and the success is more attainable.  My only question is given your friend's success in that one in a million, should Peru be given more consideration to those who are serious and why would most place Colombia #1 on their scopes?

From what I know the amount of "eye candy" is not in the league of Colombia but the other qualities (edu, family, and desire for a real relationship) are more evident.

well, i have been to Peru before, and yes, i have seen lots of beautiful women there. yes, they  are a little more reserved than Colombian girls, and some times, that's a good thing. They  don't have the reputation that the Colombians do, that's for sure.

their are few guys on here who did look in Colombia but didn't like what they were finding and ended up in Peru and did pretty well.

you also have to ask,  how much of a " hottie" do you really need?

do you need a novia or wife who is going to have every guy stop and look at her every time she goes some place..... or a girl who is cute, nice body, good wife material who you know will last long term??

as for my friend, what he was looking for was next to impossible to find in any latin american place, but he found it. Maybe just dumb luck 

the place and choice is yours i guess.

My wife was rocking out to "IRON MAIDEN" last night , still cannot get her into American Football, but 50% aint bad !
