Fiesta For Gringos In Cali Last Week?

I was talking to the owner of the seafood place with the Carnival De Barranquilla theme on Ave 9a and he said he had sixty Americans who were attending a fiesta visit his restaurant last week or the week before. Was there a TLC or other tour in Cali recently?
