Just remember it is latin-wife.COM that is the legit site.

I don't think I will get sued if my domain has latin-wife.CO.UK     But I will get sued if I had copied Jamie's slogan, text, etc - and maybe even sued if I had 'Engage the Erotic'

I took a look at the other illegitimate website and it's pretty lame. There are alot of spots where entire
wording has been lifted from Latin-wife.com. Imitation is supposed to be the highest form of a compliment
but this is taking it too far and should not be allowed. Competition without outright stealing should be adhered
to here. Not a very forward-thinking business plan on the other guy's part, but he's probrably not looking too far
into the future.

Having a fake Rolex watch is not even close to having the real thing, and the differences between the
two websites clearly shows this. You don't have to like the guy (Jamie) to realize that if you cannot
come up with a business model of your own, you shouldn't even be in business in the first place.

Hopefully this other site gets shut down soon as it is obviously trying to capitalize on what another man
has already established to great success.

What a douche bag! He'd better sell his home or resort quickly! Property values are dropping fast on the west coast of Florida! I have people basically trying to give me condos. I am thinking about buying a nice house there...maybe Siesta Key, very cheap after the beaches turn black!

"We are located Near one of the most beautiful and romantic places in Florida!
Siesta Key, Florida is very proud of our sand. In fact, we have the “World’s Finest Whitest Sand”. You’ll find beautiful seashells on Siesta’s white sands, and you’ll find the finest beach-front vacation rentals and showcase homes on the Key, too. What else can you find on the sands of Siesta Key? Latin Ladys!"

For now...soon to be covered in oil! Your loss will be my gain!

U can have the lawyer send the site a nasty letter....Talk to a lawyer sooner then later
This would be the easiest and best first approach, especially since they are located in the U.S. where rule of law applies more than some other countries (I remember a case back in the day where a couple of American guys set up an agency in Tver, Russia to offer matchmaking service and developed a good reputation only to have their website name and content copied by some Russian mafia goombahs and there wasn't much they could do about it).  >:(
If you don't already have a business lawyer on retainer, find one that can write a nice cease-and-desist letter on their law firm stationary full of all kinds of nasty legal threats.  Make 'em sweat a bit and they'll quickly change their content just to get the lawyers off their backs.

To be honest who cares? If Jamie provides the best service he really has nothing to worry about since the other clown does not have any woman on his site, besides agencies having been biting the dust left and right. I don't think its a good time to be starting a new agency anyway!
