Manizales recommendations?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a driver and apartment?

Ebony Prince had a driver there but he's no longer on this site - anyone else know the driver?

Also, anyone have insight to the music scene there?

I´ve made visits to Manizales over the years and never had problems with the local taxis. I don´t see why anyone would need a special driver unless you plan to make trips to outlying areas and don´t want to wait on the buses. I always stayed at the Hotel International right next to the cathedral and half a block from the Plaza de Bolívar and the big bronze statue Bolívar Cóndor right in the heart of downtown. If you have a girl there be sure to take her over to Los Termales De Santa Rosa. It doesn´t get more romantic than that.
