SBC Bank International (so called) list of the friendlies countries is out.
4 Asia countries are on the top 10:

#4 Thailand
#5 Malaysia
#7 Hong Kong
#8 Singapore

WHAT no Philippines in the top ten.

Oh wait it is an expatriates list
