Law Suit Filed Today Against IMBRA 2005
« on: April 27, 2006, 08:48:55 PM »
ON APRIL 26, 2006, SUIT WAS FILED IN THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO (DAYTON DIVISION) CAPTIONED: “AMERICAN ONLINE DATING ASSN. & STRICKLER V. GONZALEZ”, CASE NO. 3:06cv123, CHALLENGING IMBRA. THE CASE IS ASSIGNED TO JUDGE THOMAS M. ROSE, AND IS TENTATIVELY SET FOR HEARING ON THE TRO MOTION FOR MONDAY, MAY 01, 2006

The games have begun.  International website owners and their members are fighting back against IMBRA and the feminist that want American men to reveal their entire history to international women before they can even say hi to them.

Should American men have to tell ladies how many times he has been married, the dates of his divorces, how many children he has under 18 and their ages, his criminal arrests and convictions, and every state he has lived in since 18 years old JUST TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN INTERNATIONAL LADY? That is what this law suit is about

...and how many, if any, venereal diseases he has--or has ever had; employer references verifying whether or not any sexual harassment complaint has been filed against him; an appraisal of his home to determine whether or not it is "liveable"; a vehicle inspection to verify that his car is serviceable and safe (airbags all-around; a decent J.D. Powers rating; etc.) ; verification that his pets are tick- and flea-free; written statements from his parents testifying to his character; high-school and college transcripts (no GPA below 2.5); any outstanding parking tickets; ever been cited for--or personally admitted to--jaywalking, spitting  in public, or urinating alongside a road; state whether or not he's a fan of contact sports, like boxing or mixed-martial-arts; ever hunted game; ever fired a weapon; ever seen a weapon; ever overcooked pasta; etc....

No.

But the femihags [Hi, Felicity!] are a relentless and imaginative bunch.  The list of things they can solicit government to screen men for is limitless.
