Cali charm owner! is he for real, has anyone used calicharm B&B?? this guy Walter and his staff, the secretary they try hard to be good and efficient, but lets faced the guy does not look like someone to own that house, nor the agency... i believe he is a front for an American guy!!that created an agency to lay Latinas and get free ladies for himself. I had visit them several times with other friends, dates and their parties and every time I see the owner, I shoot questions about the agency and the owner. Despite his answers, I had been told differently, that makes sense now, There is one thing that makes me post this, if you purchase an address from Cali charm, look at the account holder in paypal, Roy McPherson, and this guy spend most of the years time there and always looking what other guesses do. One time that i was on a date at the agency, I noticed him giving orders to the secretary and to the "owner" too. In fact at the parties he is the one that starts to clean up, picking up chairs and turning lights up. like saying the party is over!!
Can someone correct me if I'm wrong!!! because I'm planning to use Cali charm B&B, and if I'm going to trust a guy that tells me he is the owner, when he ain't, the same way he could harm me or you.

Ever see a Colombian citizen try to get a PayPal account?  Without an American bank account it is rather difficult! PayPal doesn't do business with Colombian banks.  So, the fact that PayPal references an American (I assume) PayPal account is no big deal.  It is an excellent way to do business with Americans, likely his largest source of clientele.   You should thank Walter for offering you a PayPal account because it gives you certain protections against fraudulent transactions! 

I've met Walter several times, he lives in the south of Cali and, as of the last time I was there (about a year ago) ran a very nice place and was very knowledgable. 

I suggest you do a search for Cali Charm or Walter in the archives.  You might want to always search the archives before posting something.

I stayed with Cali Charm about 5 months ago.  The agency's service was superb.  If Walter does not own it, he sure cares an awful lot about the place. Regardless of who owns the Cali Charm or if it is a partnership, Cali Charm was a very good place to stay and meet women.  I highly recommend this agency.

From my understanding, another gringo once owned CaliCharm and Walter bought the agency from him.  I think it is the best agency in Cali.  Walter is a great guy and his service is honest and respectable.  Maybe he kept the established paypal accounts for business purposes because it was already set up.  I met my novia thru CaliCharm and she would not just sign up at any agency.  I have nothing but praises for Walter and his staff.

I received an email recently from CaliCharm saying that 'Ximena' had purchased the agency from Walter. I have asked, on several occasions, to communicate directly with the owner of CaliCharm. My requests are most often met with silence, but on occasion, there have been replies that were, at the very least, suspicious.

Yesterday, I received convincing and irrefutable evidence that the ORIGINAL owner of CaliCharm has been playing a ruse on everyone. While on paper, you might see the *indication* that a change of ownership has occurred, but if "ownership" means 'who really pulls the strings and makes the decisions' - well, it was not Walter, and it is not Ximena.

Is the question of who owns the agency really important? Well, each of you will need to answer that for yourselves. When we prepared the Agency Code of Ethics (found here -- http://www.certifiedmarriageagencies.org/index.php?pid=19), we considered it damned important.

I wonder though. Consider how much a person will pay to an agency for services. A few hundred $$ - a few thousand $$$ ? How many of you would turn over that kind of money to someone in the US when you could not identify the owner of the service/product you were buying? While I do not know the owner of the local gas station that takes an increasingly large chunk of my income each month - I am VERY confident I could find out with VERY little effort.

Would you buy something from someone that blatantly lied to you?

I expect there are a great many differing opinions on this subject. Some will place priority on the objective and say - "So long as my objectives are achieved, THAT is what is important." Others will place priority on the principle - "A lie is a lie, and if a person will lie to you about a small thing, they will lie to you about nearly anything - and probably have." I suspect there are many variations in between.

The owner of Calicharm is NOT important.  It doesn't matter if he/she is from Colombia or America or Mars.

The most important is the management of the Cali Charm and their organisation / hospitiality skills.  If Walter is not the owner, but has done very good job at making other men happy, it is good enough. 

Cali Charm set out different options for prices.  One of them:

"IF YOU OBLIGATE YOURSELF TO STAY AT CALI CHARM MARRIAGE AGENCY- BED & BREAKFAST FOR A PERIOD OF 7 NIGHTS OR MORE ALL MEETINGS WITH THE LADIES ARE FREE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY $30 PER MEETING."

So, what do you have to lose?

CALI CHARM'S WEAKNESS POINT:  web site does not have the professional look.  It is like going to high-quality Fashion store without impressive window display!     This might put you off !!!!

ACG's website is better than CC and also better at photography.  In case you did not know, many members of ACG team also have another work - FASHION!!  They organise Fashion shows in Cali, so their impressive website isn't very surprising.  How do I know?  I am into Fashion and met a Fashion designer who work in ACG office!!

Who the heck told you he was the owner of Cali Charm?  I heard Walter re-enlisted in the US Army monthes ago.

I stayed at Cali Charm 2.5 years ago.  In fact, I was at CC when Pete E. passed away.  I met Walter, Ximena, and Roy.  All of them are very nice people.

I was given the spiel by Roy because I first visited the agency in a Sunday when no one else was around.  His story to me was that he owned the house that CC works from. He bought it for him to live in in his retirement.  He seems to 'lease' the house to CC in return for 'rent' that he lives on.  

Walter 'managed' the agency and I understood there was an agreement for him to buy the house from Roy when he made enough money.  I got the distinct impression from Roy's demeanor and behavior around Walter and Ximena that he ran the show.  The buck stopped with him, though he was not involved with the day to day running of the agency.  He knew the entire history of the agency, all of its rules or both the men and the women, and its operations.

This was over 2 years ago, so I can't speak for what the situation is now.  I highly recommend Cali Charm for guys who prefer low key living.  I was very pleased with the service, the house, the meals, and the ladies I met.

I stayed with Cali Charm last October for 2 weeks.  The staff were very friendly, Ximena, Oscar (her brother) and 2 domestic workers.  Their customer services were very good and professional.  I also highly recommend you to use  Cali Charm's service but sadly they are selling it.

I can tell you that CC is far better than ACG and CSM.

I did not use any of the ladies from CC, because I already had 5 girls beforehand to meet, but they were happy to contact the girls from my phone list on my behalf
