When all else fails, check the FAQ which appears at the top of the page (link here -- http://www.goodwife.com/forums/faq.php).

There, you will find the following:

"Can I post Images?
Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.some-unknown-place.net/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use either the BBCode [img] tag or appropriate HTML (if allowed)."

Photobucket is an excellent photo dumping site.  And it's free.

You can "Save Picture As" whenever you come across images on websites and place them in an image file on your comp.  Later, you can upload these images (or any others that you may have taken with a digital camera) to a Photobucket account.

I use it quite a bit.

Don't forget to use this format whenever you post the image to a forum (Photobucket already provides you this format with each image stored on their site):

"To display an image, you must surround the URL pointing to the image with tags.":



(No space after the first tag, of course.  Otherwise the image won't display.)
