How much is it per month???
With all utilities (including local phone serive and cable TV) the rent will be 2,200,000 cop or about a grand a month. If you want to stay 3 or more months I'll cut it down to 2,000,000.
If you want high speed internet with international long distance service it will cost another 150,000 cop a month not including the minutes you use but I think it's only like 100 pesos a minute to call the states using this service.
If you rent for a month or more you decide how much you want to pay for maid service. It costs 25,000 cop for a maid to clean the apartment from top to bottom including mopping all the floors. I recommend at least once a week so that will run you another 100,000 cop a month.
