Cali Hotels

I may be traveling to Cali this spring or early summer. I havent been to Cali in almost 2 years and i havent stayed in a hotel in Cali in about 3 years. Anyway what im wondering is what are the hotel rates like in Cali these days. It doesnt have to be something like the Intercontinental . However i would like a clean place in a safe area and preferably with a pool. Is there anything like that that runs between $50 and $90 a day? Any recommendations?

I stayed at the cora apartas when I was in cali. Nice neighborhood, near avenida sexta, and a 15 min walk from the mall. It's about a 5 min walk from where margareths old agency was, and I was able to walk to their and Ricardos's agency, when he was at his old address. I don't have my card with their info,  but I can get it from my friend in atlanta if you're interested.

I recommend my apartment. It runs 2.2 million a month or 1.5 million for a 15 day stay.
