LOLOLOLOL.....that's not too hard.  In a word..."camcorder".  LOLOLOL.

Actually for your site....you could put pictures with video footage.  Especially if you want to show people how easy it is to do a particular cut, measurement or what have you.  (I could even be dancing in the back ground to draw in more women. :D :D :D)  Maybe jonno can build one to escape his wife.  Sorry jonno, couldn't resist. :D :D

On a serious note....that's too cool dude!  It really is.  You might want to consider dvds in addition to e-books.  I mean, if you got a camcorder....it will just take the time to video tape it and burn it to a dvd.  Once you make one...you can duplicate it.  Instead of "this old house"....it can be..."this old boat".    Nice work dude.

I've been reading a bit about boat building for a while now, and that video helped me get my head around the process more than a hundred hours of reading.

How much do you think it costs to build a simple boat, as compared to buying an old one and fixing it up a bit? I'd like to eventually fiddle around with a small Chinese junk rigged sailboat. I've read a few articles on them and they seem a great, cheap alternative way to rig a boat. My dad's buying some sails for his new boat right now and the prices on the sails for a bermudan sloop rig are a bit out of my range, hahaha. About $3,500 just for a genoa if I remember right...you could buy a small boat for that much.

The kayak plans I give away with the free e-book, costs about $50 to build. You could build a nice sailing dory for about $500.

Video or not, I enjoyed the lesson.

Thanks for posting that, Jeff.

Maybe I'll have to invest in one of them newfangled contraptions.
