Since you mentioned you haven't learned Spanish yet...
Are you planning to have a (female) translator available during the time you're not using ADC?
I highly recommend this. You've got a great opportunity since you'll have 30 days, but you'll miss so much in communication with the girls if language is a barrier.
Non-verbal communication works well to establish chemistry, but it doens't give (as) much insight into the aspirations, dreams, goals, background, thought patterns, etc.
You could negotiate with Jamie on translators while in BAQ, and Maybe Mark (or another agency) could provide you a female translator while you're in Cartagena.
