Just because I've never been to cartegena, doesn't mean I haven't dealt with him or luis. I've dealt with the both of them. I utilized his services late november or early december, can't really remember exactly. Luis tried to get me to talk to a girl who already had a boyfriend, one of his girls on the site asked me for nearly a million pesos( I copied and pasted the exchange on this forum, called "how easy they make it to read them") I told mark who she was, but she is still on the site, and Mark tried to get me to bring up a girl I didn't know because some guy went through the process of getting her a visa, and then changed his mind. Mark offered her to me as a present, saying all I had to do was pay for her ticket to come up. I told him I'm not bringing a complete stranger into my house. So yeah, I have dealt with him.
