coffee shops

hers another question I have always been curious about. Where in cali are all the good coffee shops. I know that in most of the malls they have those coffee stands called CAFE CAFE, which is fine i guess but does anyone know of any other coffee shops in Cali that have a good tasting cup of coffee, preferably a sidewalk type cafe?

Sorry, I don't drink coffee.  I see alot of those Juan Valdez (sp) stands at the mall's.  I guess it is similar to our Starbucks.

are you talking about Cali? I dont recall seeing any Juan Valdez in cali. Where in Cali did you see them?

Yes, in Cali.....I saw one at Chipechape, one at Jardin Plaza, and I went to another place last trip named Palmetto shopping center.  The ones I have seen are free standing and small.  They have a red awning with the Juan character and the mule on it in white.
