Where to get the cheapest airline tickets?

I'm starting my search now for a one way ticket from Hanoi Vietnam (HAN) to Boise Idaho (BOI) and am having little luck finding a good deal. When I flew over there I paid $1061 round trip, I'm finding one ways to be more expensive in the $1600 range! I've tried to navigate Vietnam airlines web page with no luck, every entry I put in to get her to LA CA, or San Fran CA comes up with nothing, although it says they do fly there I cant find the days they do... but at any rate for those of you who fly alot where do I get a cheap one way ticket?

try www.bookingbuddy.com . i searched for mid-november (the default date, don't know when you need it for) and came up with a $650 flight from travelation (booking buddy lets you quickly search multiple fare sites). The rest seemed to all be about $815.

You might try calling Cathay Pacific too, or a vietnamese airline, or have your girl search for the ticket and then guide you through the payment process. Like she could walk you through their website. Just a thought.

awesome, thanks for the link to booking buddys website, I've found much cheaper tickets there... .although I am keeping an eye out for a $500 ticket... but $800 is much cheaper than I was finding...
