Sean, please move this question if it needs to be.

Calipro, I don't know where the thread went where I asked, but my question is how is the exchange rate on the Pay Pal money cards at the atm's and how much do they charge you per withdraw??  Thanks,

The PayPal debit card has a Visa logo on it and I believe it gets the same exchange rate as any other Visa Card. It's certainly better than the exchange rate you will get through Western Union or the places that exchange dollars in Colombia.

The charge is only one dollar per withdrawal from PayPal. I use BanColombia or DAVIVIENDA to avoid other ATM charges.

The only drawback to the card is that it takes up to four business days to transfer money from your checking account to the PayPal account.
