in country, I can recommend cafe Gardel. It is just around the corner from Cali Plaza hotel. From the hotel, Take a right to sexta and then a right on sexta a block or so. Upscale place and again a good cup of Joe. Malutos brand is also very good but hard to find these days in cali. Look for their airport restaurant.
Speaking of Cali Plaza, this is a popular hotel among gringos. It has a lot of pluses including a good location, interesting architecture, comfortable western style accommodations and ownership, and free Wifi. An approved papi establishment
