i just thought I'd mention for you ketchup lovers that one night my papaya CZ ordered expensive carryout. The hotel went and picked it up for us...dinner for 2 $65.000 pesos. There was no plastic cutlery or napkins. And for my french fries...sin salsa. My CZ explained that the fancy resturaunts think carryout is for casas which have the necessary accoutrements.  I will never understand Latin America.
