Does all the government paperwork also have to be submitted by the 90 day deadline or can you submit the paperwork later as long as we have the marriage license?
No, you can submit the petition for Adjustment of Status (AOS) later. There is no hard deadline, but it is advisable to apply soon after you’re married.
