Astrid and I are doing very well - better than ever.
We see each other in webcam twice everyday. 1st one for 1/2 hour - 45 minutes (My 4.30, her 10.30am) and the 2nd one for 1 - 1 1/2 hour (My 10pm, her 4pm).
To get married and live in UK, she needs to pass at least A1 English (very basic), and she is studying English everyday. At the moment, she is learning via LiveMocha which is a free-version of "Rosetta Stone".
I am not in hurry to get engaged let alone getting married.
In January 31st, she went to the hearing, but he did not turn up, claiming he has work commitments, and therefore she "won" the court. He is not allowed to take the children without her permission. About releasing the kids, in order to live in my country, we haven't talked about it in depth, but she told me that she had already spoken to him about it, and said that he would sign for it. I take her word for it, but when the time comes, will he sign it
That's the real question.
I have already met her twice (September 2010 for 2 weeks and the 3-week Christmas/New Year vacation) and do not know when will it be our 3rd meeting. I am not in rush this time, but hopefully this October.
