And to add to lookingforwifes insight...if Language was the "real issue" there would be NO DIVORCE in the US or LA!! because Language would solve all issues!! Don't buy into that BS or you're nothing more than a Train Wreck, Looking for a place to Happen!

The real solution is Common Grounds & Common Goals & Compatability, the rest is BS!

Yes, I believe you are correct on that. I think she could file anytime after the divorce is final and before she is deported.
