I wish I had a basement or bunker here, just because I live near the end of Tornado Alley. The City of Xenia, OH is only about 20 minutes away, and they've been hit 3 times! Downtown Xenia got wiped-out back in the 70's!

Small-scale disasters are still disasters for those affected! Imagine being without power or running water for 2 weeks. That happened right here last year, after the remains of a hurricane brought 70-80 mph. winds here that lasted an entire day! The ground was wet from rain, and hundreds of trees were damaged or toppled, which knocked-out power lines for miles around. Not fun...
