This is especially nice if you have to bring along children for passport renewals or Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (must appear in person). The hours they are open to the public are Mon thru Fri 9:00 am to 11:00 am. No appointment is necessary. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. It is located in the library (1st floor) of the Waterfront Hotel, Lahug, Cebu. A very nice part of town. There are nice hotels that are cheaper within walking distance.
