First off, thanks to all for your advice. It has been helpful. I have a few additional questions. How can I provide proof to marry when I dont know if or when we get approved? We are planning to go to a jp.Also the g-325a,ds-156k,ds-156and ds-230 forms are not needed to be sent in with the i-129f,i-134 and g-325a? Last one, I fill out the i-129f and i-134. And we both fill out the g-325a which is only one page? Is that correct? Thanks for the time to all!
You don’t provide “proof†that you will marry. You each submit a signed statement of your “intent†to marry within 90 days of her arrival.
You both complete a separate Form G-325A, which consists of 4 pages with identical information. These must both be submitted with the I-129F.
The I-134 will be completed later by you, notarized, and sent to your fiancée with supporting documents to be submitted with her visa package at the embassy.
The other forms, DS-156, DS-156K, & DS-230 will be completed by your fiancée and submitted to the embassy for her visa interview. She will receive instructions for the interview and medical exam later.
