that is what i was trying to say you WILL make mistakes like that & they will just think you are just playing games with them.
It's a good way to loose a good lady. Also the longer this goes on the more 5 of these ladies are going to get hurt & why would you want to do that?

its fine you talked more than one but, you need to be open and honest,

well here is a condensed version. I have made posts about her in the past before.

Basically a year and a half ago I asked her out after she left her ex boyfriend. She told me no because she decided she was going to get back with him because she felt guilty for leaving him "because he needs her." He is a drug addict/borderline alcoholic that basically said he would kill himself without her. But you know women, they love the bad boys

She tells him that I asked her out so he pretty much banned her from hanging out with me.

Fast Foward to a couple of months ago. I had pretty much forgotten about her and she just starts calling me and iming me alot to hang out. I think this is fine we will keep it completely as friends. She is moving back in a few weeks and still has her old boyfriend so i am thinking this is fine. Well the first night we hang out she showed me some bruises on her and proceeds to tell me her boyfriend got drunk and abused her so she dumped him for good. We end up spending the rest of her two weeks in the US together as friends. I realized we actually had alot in common and we hung out for several hours everyday. We became pretty close friends.

so her visa expires and she has to go back to China but she is coming back to the US in the fall to get her phd. We talk through IM's and webcam chat alot. About a week after she moved back to China her attitude seemed to change. She told me she was so stupid for getting back with him. She says i am better than him in everyway including physical looks. She then starts bringing up alot of sex talk (shes pretty outgoing especially for a chinese girl). Unsolicited she starts telling me things like I am wearing red lacy underwear just for you or asking me questions about my sexual past. Then saying she wants to visit me when she comes back and she is just going to walk around my house naked the whole time etc etc.

So I dont know when her change of heart occurred. Maybe she just felt uncomfortable saying that stuff when i was seeing her everyday. who knows. But ya thats the short version of that story.

That sounds really good to me , but with the economy the way it is will you be able to apply your business skills in the near future? Maybe you could teach , nothing wrong with that but if it was me i would want to get out there & try to apply what i had learned in the real world. After all you never know what you can do if you never try.

Ok guys I decided on one girl. Its my old number 2 (the chinese ex tv reporter). She is now my number 1. I had never talked to her on webcam before during my last post. I have talked to her on camera multiple times now and she really "wowed" me much more than the other girls. Not only is she beautiful she tries so hard to converse with me and asks me lots of questions. She seems really genuinely interested in me more than some of the other girls. I don't know, there is just something about this one that is special and jumps out much more than the others. I cant really figure it out. I just click better with her. Hopefully, my impression of her will last.

She also is almost exactly one year older than me haha. I am 27 and she is 28. She keeps saying that she thinks I will find some younger girl to go after and forget about her. Thats not the case at all haha.

She speaks the worst English of any of them but she tries so much harder. She is studying english from a book and she even writes down our IM convos so she can practice English and get better. We can communicate fine but I just have to speak a little slower and use simpler words so she can understand.

Now I just have to start cutting the other girls. I hope when I cut the other girls, I don't regret it later. $:-\$ I guess if things don't work out with this one I can always go back and find some new ones later. I don't want to have to find a new one later, but I think its important to keep a realistic perspective especially since I have only known this girl for a month.

Anyway, she is going on a trip with her mom for a week and a half so we wont be able to talk.

But I guess its good timing because I still have to worry about graduation, a fishing trip in the Everglades and my 17 hour drive back to Oklahoma.

Congratulations on making the decision to focus on only one girl - I wish you the best of luck with her. What part of China does she live?

Interesting. Maybe her inquisitiveness is what attracts you? A curious mind is a sign of intelligence, and maybe that is what is pulling you to her. If so, that is a good sign that you are attracted to her on a deeper level than just looks which will fade with time (in 20 or 40 years).

Yeah, but I bet she looks 18, right? My wife is 2 years older than me, and she still got carded when we went out for dinner on her 40th B-day (oops, I mean her 20th B-day, yeah, that's it

most of the ladies that you were chatting with will not find another man , so you could always shoot 1 an email & she mite just take you back.

there are probably 10 times as many ladies from asia looking for a foreign man than there are american men looking online for an asian lady.

I'm not sure about what other areas are doing, I'm sure it's up or down everywhere. I'm in a high tech "green energy" field so we are booming/hiring but mostly engineers and skilled technitions. Lots of my customers are hiring but not highly skilled laborers. The medical industry and education industries appear to be extremely safe but Obama's health plan hasn't hit the front page yet? We had a picnic in a park beside the Houston Medical Center (about 40 square blocks) last week and I counted 7 new high rises being built just in that area?

Technitions at ATT are telling me it appears the mother company has decided that it was a mistake moving their call centers overseas and have started looking to open a 3000 person call center here in Houston but last time I heard a call center here in the USA (I think N.D.) tried open they couldn't get anyone to apply for the jobs (low pay not much advancement). Citi is building one in the Philippines (not sure where, I think Davao).

I would think that infrastructure providers would be good areas but that would be mostly construction workers and their support groups, maybe in that area a big growth should be getting ready to start reguardless of the economy. And of course the tech fields, although with their ups and downs sill have some bright spots - expect to see hand held iPod-style HDTVs and "video visors" hit the market soon; they were waiting on the TV conversion to HD from the rumors I heard.

So although things look bleak in the housing and financial areas the economy is actually set for a big boom if the get those two fixed. Still those two are massive and the debt load they are trying to fix them with is beyond my understanding. Seems to me they could have passed that money out to the people and we could have "bought our way out" but instead it went where?
