A Golden Opportunity for Mark Anthony and Amor de Cartagena!!!

I have started talking to some "old contacts" that I had known from a long time ago. One of which is one of the only girls I actually talked to from Amor de Cartagena....almost all the others had incorrect/non-functioning cell numbers, email addresses.

At this time she has been forced to use another email account, and change her cell phone number because she is still listed on Mark's website even though she absolutely does not want to be on there anymore. And she feels like she is being held "hostage" or "like a slave" because the customers from the agency keep trying to contact her on the old email address.....so she basically cannot even use that MSN account anymore.

And she told me she has another friend who is now with boyfriend, but is on his site, and the same exact thing is happening. And he will not remove the pics/profiles.

So let's do an experiment here.

I am going to PM Mark to tell him the names of the girls....I want to see how long...if ever...it takes for him to remove the pics/profiles. And then I will report back here with the results.

I think we all would agree if he does not follow through with the requests of the girls to leave the agency...then he is running a very "non-christian like", unethical business to say the least.

But let's give him the benefit of the doubt for right now.

I've seen this before and most agency owners are reluctant to remove ladies, in some cases even if they are married. But as you suggested, let's give Mark a chance to respond...

Well that is a pretty messed up person who would not remove an innocent girl from the website.  That is like slavery or identity theft. And the worst thing is that he is representing that they are "available" even though they are not.

Jamie takes them off immediately and I see it has not hurt his business. And I think that may be a reason why girls are not afraid to be on his site, but maybe are on ADC.

For sure the girl that I am talking to from there is not happy....and is making it known to all her friends.  And her friend is doing the same. So that is a lot of bad PR out there. Not a good idea.

This isn't going to turn into a MA Bashing thing.  It will be quickly deleted if it is.  Yes, he should take the girls off who want off, but I'd say he will want to talk to the girls about it since it's their profile and pictures.  If they ask him and he says OK and then doesn't remove them...yes, it's messed up, but what are you going to do?  What CAN you do?  People have reviewed him soooo much and soooo thorough on here that it won't make much of a difference to his agency any more....Hence...is why I say, Machin, I won't let you come here and immediately start making negative waves out of thin air.   No debate.

No Sean this is a positive thing for him. Thus my subject line. And yes the girls wrote to him to ask him to remove it.

I am  hoping he does the right thing and removes them. And then there will be a nice happy report here. And it will probably help his business and reputation.  It will be a nice thing to have him redeem himself to a large degree.

And I think that this site PL is the first place guys come to when searching information on traveling to Colombia, so it will be a wonderful thing if he can take care of business.

It will be like the Phoenix rising out of the ashes.

I sent him a PM and a personal email, wishing him a lot of luck with everything and I hope he has great success in the future.

Its too bad Mark does this to the ladies that decide to list with him. I'm not sure what Machin's situation is? But I hope this MA situation isn't holding you back from your goal of finding the right latina? Maybe you've already done so?

Thanks to the forum I learned that MA's agency is no place for me. Exactly why I'm picking Cali over Cartagena. It's Mark. I'm the religilous laugh at religion kind of guy so I should admit I take a perverse pleasure in watching someone who "talks to god" and is supposed to be the moral authority on things act so sleazy. But Sean is right this guy has been reviewed a lot and my opinion wont change (couldn't get any lower) about Mark. I know it can be flustrating and I believe Machin felt like Mark screwed him, BUT rest assured Mark will likely be out of business in a few years anyways. Before long that website will be just a dead link because there just won't be anyone left to screw or offer horrible service to.

Latest update.....it is a big surprise......Mark did not remove the girl's profile and picture as requested.  It is still there on Amor de Cartagena website. I will keep reporting this every few months or so even though you all pretty much know what the results are going to be.

Oh thank you....I must have made a mistake with that one!. I will fix it right now. I have looked into all options all over the world, (but never China)....and Colombia seems to be the best for me.

Not only for the girls...but also for the travel opportunities, the cost of real estate or to retire, the medical community, everything.
