I weighed 210 when I went over there to marry.  I was able to find clothing.  Its a bit tougher as you get bigger, especially in the shoes but not impossible.

I've had suits made in both Tokyo and Hong Kong. You don't want to know how much. I hear shirts are inexpensive in China, but I have no experience in PI.

I had a barong tailor made over there for my wedding. That's the Barong Tagalog or their shirt used for formal attire.

It took 2 days to make and was only slightly more expensive than the smaller ones off the rack. That's the only way I was going to get one that fit.

You can also have some less formal short-sleeve cotton barongs made up at most any tailor over there if you can't find one in the mall to fit you. They're comfortable for the weather and can be worn anywhere.
