1.  A married gringo comes to Colombia and prosposes matrimony to a girl in front of her family and then a couple of days later changes his mind.

3.  He says the visa paper work has been started, but she hasn't signed a thing and he hasn't asked her any questions.....6 to 9 months goes by and he still says "the visa paperwork has been started".
4.  His name is.... "he who won't be mentioned here", but we all know who it is.  LOLOLOL.
5.  He visits his "girlfriend" or "fiance" once a year, if that much.
