but i feel that a 25 plus women with a baby is searching for something else. I feel if i am willing to take a 25 plus and her child into my life i feel i have a greater chance of her not leaving me after her visa. Because even in the US guys do not always want a women with a child.

I am all for planning, but preconceived notions this detailed are dangerous. ANY woman once here can leave you if that is her determination. She does not even need a man, especially if she has a child. Please don't think any of that will hedge your bet. It is best to find someone who actually loves you and toss all other considerations that aren't just add-ons out of the window. If the woman does not genuinely care about you, nothing will make her stay with you.

I am not trying to rain on your parade, but I have heard other guys make similar statements to the one above, and it is just a way to set yourself up for misery. Prequalifying the women like that won't yield the results you may be looking for.

     I've had relationships with women that were "out of my league" in the looks department.They were knockouts.A year or two into the relationship and I would wonder why they stayed with me. I finally realized that it was because we had a lot in common. To me, being compatable is important. That is one reason I think learning spanish is an advantage.I got to know alot of Latinas better because of this.But, if you want the woman to stay after getting the visa....build a relationship that she would not want to leave.

I suppose it depends on the part of the US, but I've yet to see a guy with no kids, especially a younger guy, willing to marry a girl with kids. Date her, sure...maybe for a long time...but that final step...?
