Colombia ethnic makeup

Is there parts of colombia (cities) that the ethnic makeup is more towards olive or cinnamon skin, dark hair vs. lighter skin and lighter colored hair? I. Dark hair,eyes tan skin. Any cities cater to this more than others?? I'm sure they are everywhere but thought maybe some cities may have a denser concentration as compared to the lighter skin women.

My observation which is the same as others I have heard here is BAQ. & CART. have a higher % of ladies with darker shades of skin than Cali.  Those are the only cities I can comment on first hand.

Medellin has fewer blacks than the coastal cities and a lot more natural blondes. You even find some with blue eyes. The classic paisa look is pale skin and jet black hair like my wife.

i like the jet black but I also prefer tanner skin. Now I don't mean the women of color even though I have seen some hotties  but dark hair and tan skin.
