Anyone coming to Barranquilla soon?

Is anyone coming to Barranquilla soon because my digital camera just died on me and it's going to cost more to repair than it costs for a newer and better model.

Ideally I'd like the Kodak EasyShare 12.4 MP (model V1253), which is listed on the Best Buy website for $279.99 or something in a simular range of quality and price.  Here's the link to the one I found.
