change of status info

Are these the correct paper work that I should submit for the I 485 & 864 forms?
1.      $395 filing fees.
2.      Tax Returns for the years: 2006, 2005, 2004,& 2003

3.      A copy of Petitioner’s U.S. Passport

4.      A copy of Petitioner’s prior marriage dissolution/ divorce (if any, only if you’ve been married befor)

5.      A copy of Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate (translated.)

6.      A copy of Beneficiary's passport, I-94, K-1 visa to U.S., K-1   approval notice

7.      Copy of Joint Bank Accounts of Petitioner and Beneficiary.

8.      Photographs of applicants on their wedding day, honeymoon, and pictures with the baby. I would like to at least have 4 to 6 photos only. Even if pictures with you, your wife and the baby together would be great.

9.      A signed residential lease from the applicants’ landlord in both names, if she is on the lease with you. If not any bank accounts, medical insurance, car insurance, any bills with both names

That's the way I did mine and had zero problems.  Make sure you make a copy of then entire thing before you mail it.   William and Ray can correct me...but I don't think you need any bank accounts, lease's, wedding or honeymoon photos until your interview.  I didn't send any of that stuff in, I just brought it all with me to the interview.  As far as the supplement form I-693A....I went ahead and did it anyway.  Turned out she wasn't finished with her series of shots.  Some vaccinations are a series and need to be spaced out weeks or months apart.  Sir William and Ravishing Ray can be of better help to you on that one.

Oh, I wanted to clarify....neither one of us was married before and we don't have any kids.  I'm sure you'll need other paperwork if one of you is divorced or has kids.  I don't know.

First- I dont do cover letters but that is a matter of personal choice.

Second- You really should file for your advance parole and EAD at the same time. Read my post under Advance Parole 101. You are going through the Chicago lock box, n'est-ce pas?

Third- read the I864 instructions as to what you will need to be filing. You appear to be fling way too much
