Manila K interview- June Report
« on: June 07, 2007, 01:41:28 PM »
35 year age difference, ample relationship, IMBRA waiver. Moral of this story- go to the interview or be in the city during the interview.

Dear Mr. Livingston,

You advice to be at the hearing was excellent and well needed.
With out my presence ##### would of not filled out the "packet" requirements. Also she probably would not do well enough in the interview.

On June 5, 2007 we spent 8 hours inside of the US Embassy.
The paper work done was not the concern.
For Evidence of relationship we had:
1.) Photos
2.) copies of email letters
from ### to me and from me to ###
3. PI Visa stamps in my pass port
4.) Hotel bills
5.) air line tickets receipts

The interview had two parts.
The first one was simply to produce the above as well as the Affidavit of Support.

The second interview did not go so well.
Ami was not able to tell the interviewer where I was born and how many years I have lived in #####.
Due to this, he accused her of being dishonest.
My reply was that no one can prove themself innocent. But Guilt can be proved by an accuser.
He then asked for the Waiver. I told him the reason that I did not have it is because it was already submitted and this is how the paper work was able to be processed to this state. He (A ###### from the South, with less than educated Vocabulary, in window # 44 on June 5th) accused me of attempted fraud. I told him that I was a respected and crime free citizen and home owner, a Public School teacher and a respected member of my community.
He repeated himself. I then passed to him my passport and told him that since we are on US Territory and that I am a US citizen, he should have me arrested for breaking the law. He then said that he will "let it go". "They will call your number then go to window # 33".

At this time, we are waiting in a Hotel in Ermita for a phone call to pick up the approved Visa.

After this ##### will need to go to a 2 hour seminar before the Philippine Government will allow her to leave the Philippines.

After this we plan to go to Cebu to say good bye to her family and then fly to #####.

I will keep you posted,
Wild Bill Livingston, Esq.

Thanks for sharing....My thoughts  is make sure your lady is prepared when she goes to the interview. The K1 interview is for her not  him. Good thing he was allowed in, sometimes they will say I  want the lady here alone. They were lucky.

I never had any trouble when I went to my interview. I remember the interviewer asked me when was Stephen got divorce. I told her I didn't know, all I know is he was divorced a long time...and it was fine with her....

How old is miss #####?

Normally, she would have to attend the CFO seminar before the visa interview, unless she already had a passport when he petitioned her. She should probably expect some grief from the CFO counselors also, given all the red flags in her case.

YOUNG-early 20s. I warned him but-he is in love and claims it is the real deal. Body language in the pictures is poor as well.
