1.  Barranquilla---Beautiful place, BEAUTIFUL WOMEN!!!!!
2.  Cartagena----Beautiful place, romantic at night (in the old city) and damn HOT!!!!!!
3.  Canada----I'd rather be forced to chew on tin foil.

Tin foil!?!  OUCH!!!  I hate that!   >:(

Are we rating the cities Papi listed, or do we make our own?

I say we make our own and use our own experiences.  Mine was limited because I was too busy wasting money at the local dance clubs here.

Are you kidding? Te amo canada. But not in January. From the natural forests in N. Ontario, the great cities of Toronto, Montreal and the french food in Quebec. Not sure though I would rate with those french beauties. no parlay French

hmmmm most favorite cities...

1     Medellin (met my novia there and am going back in two and a half weeks!!!!) it is also the only city I have been to in Colombia. People were so incredibly friendly there, definite rock star phenomenon as mentioned by Bundy in Cali
2.     Tel Aviv - some of the hottest women on the planet hang out at the beach and on Dizengoff street saturday evenings.
3.     Santa Monica  3rd street promenade...if you want to see a lot of babes, even if they are AW, this is the place!
4.     St. Petersburg formerly Leningrad...If you are into Russian women, they have some amazing babes there!!!!
5.     Miami!!!!!!

Bottom three cities

1     Moscow...women there are as dreary and cold as the city, I've seen more animation in a saltine cracker!
2.    London ...never really cared for the english look
3.    Tijuana.....enough said

Please don't flame me, the choices are my own opinion, your experience will be different!!!!!

I haven't been everywhere you guys have, but:

1.  Las Vegas.  What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas
2.  London.  Love it.  Humungous, always had a special place in my heart for black taxis, double decker busses, the Underground, pubs, etc.
3.  Houston.  Home base.  Green, no snow, great food, low cost of living.
4.  Santa Monica.  Echo comments made above.
5.  Kona.  Takes 15 years off of your life.  Just get to do nothing all day.  Wonderful.

Suckage:

1500.  Detroit.  8 Mile was bad enough, but 6 Mile looks like where the missiles hit.
1499.  Newport Beach.  Never have I met so many stuck up people with less to be stuck up about.
1498.  Any town under 10,000 people.  Rednecks and Christopher do not get along well....
1497.  Hilo.  What a hole.
1496.  Phoenix.  Think Vegas without casinos or LA without the beach.

For me, in order from best to worst:

Cartagena- Really liked it. I don't think I could get tired of this one. Friendly people, had good food, crazy about my chickee, and I dig the beach. I could see where some get annoyed with the vendors, but I  learned how to avoid them. Some of them were actually ok and funny. They are just making a buck.

Barranquilla - Really liked it, but simple. Good people, nice looking girls, had good food. I was set to go back a couple of times, but went to Cartagena.

Caracas - Caracas is better than Maracaibo and Maracaibo is better than Caracas. Just ask them, they love to tell you. Better looking girls and more of them than Maracaibo. Overall, better than Maracaibo, but with some of the attitude.

Maracaibo - First trip, so I liked it because I was excited. The second time around, I realized everything I saw the first time was real. Overall though, there isn't much there. There is actually more to do in Barranquilla. Not too many nice looking girls and not very friendly. I wouldn't go cold. I do not think I would even consider this place unless you have a girl online first and you are really interested. I personally have no desire for Venezuela, but people believe it's the oasis for hot girls, so hey!

What's up VD?  They should have built Cart. on the sun. It's like vegas in July...woah!!  IMHO. I love Medellin and Cali and spend as much time in each of them as possible. Never thought I'd give up time home in Hawaii for Colombia , but it's a fact. It's all good in South America.

San Diego, ca, the best city in the world, probably because I live there.women are terrible, fat
Frankfurt Germany, incredibly beautiful city, friendly people, but little strange
Vienna Austria, very similar to Germany, beautiful, well organized, women, not much to look at
Milan Italy, also very beautiful and the women too.
Medellin, very nice city and climate, beautiful girls, but little stuck up compared to the other cities in Colombia. Lots of emotional baggage from what I have experienced.
Lima, city isn’t the best, but has everything you could want, and the women are friendly and cute, like the look of them, different than Colombians.

Least favorite
New York, hot in summer, firkin cold in winter and too damm many people.
Any city in Ukraine, totally boring, nothing to do, but the most   beautiful women in the world, but just too far to travel.
Moscow, big, cold, expensive, kind of boring, women are cold and boring, but beautiful.
Tijuana, Mex. dirty, dangerous, unfriendly people.
Minsk, Belarus, boring, strange girls, but attractive.
Miami, over rated, humid, terrible drivers, stuck up women

The heat in CTG didn't really bother me. I loved it there. I can take upwards of 110 here without any problems.

I've been to 30+ different states; as well as Canada and Mexico.
In the states I'll go with Miami and just about anywhere in Southern California.

Gotta be the greatest First to Third World juxtapositions anywhere on the planet.

So many contrasts in San Diego. So many ways to get the shits in Tijuana.

I go to a different Tijuana than you guys. The Tijuana I go to has beautiful well dressed women, elegant restaurants, great food, good music and fun night clubs with valet parking and inexpensive drinks. I go to the businessman's Tijuana. I see you guys mostly to the tourist Tijuana - entirely different cities.
