For the Newbies
« on: April 08, 2007, 08:06:08 AM »
I received a couple of PM's recently asking me specific questions about agencies and concern over spending money on no shows, etc. To that end, no shows come with the territory and greatly varies by time of year, agency and city. There really are no solutions. The best thing you can do is as follows:

1. communicate with the agency staff ahead of your trip (not just the owner)

2. send your picture and basic info on yourself. Where you live, age, kids, work, etc.

3. send a list of 10-20 or more women that you want to meet. The more the better as again some will not be available, inactive or no shows.

Again, most agencies range from good to above average. I have only met 1 or 2 bad apples. They will vary by staff, location, facilities, amenities and services.

I happen to like the large tours like TLC for the newbies but agencies are also a viable option. Of course, learning spanish will give you the edge but don't let it be a show stopper. happy hunting.

I tell the ones using an agency to write their top 10 or so choices and send their pictures before they go down.  That way they can start to develope some kind of friendship and see if their top picks want to at least meet them or not before they go down.  Your right, there's nothing you can do about no-shows....but it might cut down on them a little if you start developing some kind of foundation before you go down.  Just my 2 cents.

here are some other suggestions:

1. email the chicas beforehand (although i never did that)

2. flip the secretary $20,000 pesos on arrival and tell her you are counting on her help to meet a nice girl

3. contact the secretary twice just prior to your arrival to see how the appointments are going

4. ask the secretary if she had a chance to confirm the appointments the day of the appointment and if not if she could please call now.

5. ask about walk-ins or intros meeting new girls

some agencies do a far better job managing the database than others. Jamie gets high marks in this area although his services don't come cheap. Cali charm is above average. In the case of Jamie, once you give him the list, you are good to go
