Hello I was reffered to here from the folks at www.online-dating-rights.com I am leaving for Vietnam to meet my fiance in 5 days, and was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction as I would like to take with me the K-1 Visa forms so she could fill them out while I'm there, Mail take about a month so this would be better than me sending them to her once I return. I was reading you need more than just the K-1 visa form and it was called a DS or DC-156 form??? But anyways I hoping to get some help I it looks like this is a wonderful site. THe #1 form that you need from your fiancee to accomplish your K1 filing is Form G325A. The rest of the forms are for the embassy phase. The 156 as with the 230 are for the consular interview and you can handle that on a subsequent visit-or not at all, since the consulate will be sending her these forms several months down the road. .
Make sure that she has applied for her international passport.
