I need help drafting a letter to my novia. I need to tell her that I love her but at the same time need to establish more trust over time and while I fully understand her economic situation feel it is too early in the relationship to start sending money and buying gifts and that she should not ask me for it yet. I need help putting these ideas into words...English is welcome but extra points for spanish

  I know this sounds strange but have you been talking to her in Spanish? How long have you been talking to her? You are not a rookie here it should be a snap to send her a letter on how you feel. The economis situation is hard down there but you are at the streering it counts how you drive if you want to crash you don't need help form us to do it.

It's a great city. Unlike its twin to the north (San Antonio), people like to get out and exercise and you see far fewer fatties than you do here. It's setting against a backdrop of towering mountain ranges reminds me of Medellin but it's a lot more wealthy and prosperous.

As a rule, Mexicanas are a lot less interested in gringos than Colombianas. The chicas of a place like San Pedro Garza Garcia are not going to be interested in any gringo unless he's Brad Pitt or a facsimile (young, attractive, wealthy). Among the lower and middle classes, a gringo would do better but still, nothing like Colombia.

i agree with Valley dude, write your own. Solteros letter was great, as far as spanish grammar, intention, choice of words, and getting the point across, BUT its not YOU! I have only met you twice, but i find it hard to hear those words coming out of your mouth.

Seans letter was a laugh, but you are WAY to white, to write or talk like that, got it Bro?

So, in the end, i think you should write your own, and if she doesnt get it, and continue about the money matter, then dump her like a used pamper.

Its your home work to figure it out, please have it turned in by next tuesday, typed, single spaced, and in three copies, please include any graphs, and out side sources you have used, on a separte paper, also single space typed, and in three copies.
