Every now and then I get frustrated with project Latina and threaten to throw in the towel. Pete used tell me to forget about it, that I was spoiled for life. Yet, I figure why continue to spin my wheels and invest in plane tickets, pizzas and photography equipment when I can just meet someone closer to home.
Today I was looking through the paper and not sure the local social calendar is exactly papi stylin but I sometimes feel a real effort made locally might be in my best interest. Have any of you still in the search considered a domestic strategy? There is an upscale social event in my hometown of Detroit that interests me…and I figure Detroit is a lot easier to manage than Cali.
On the other hand, if I continue with project Latina, I have my CZ which I have not yet figured out how to handle. I was also glancing at Latin American Cupid and impressed with their format. Seems far superior to me than amigos. I am not sure about trying the agency route again.
