First I would like to say I can not do a 100% accurate comparision since I used the agencies all to a different degree. 

AFA:  Before leaving for BAQ I spoke via phone and through email in regards to meeting a couple ladies from their site.  I know what to expect from agencies generally so I was not holding my breath but they said no problem you can meet these ladies...A couple days after arrival I went to their little office and was prepared to pay them the $50 bucks per date to meet either of my two choices.  When it came down to it NEITHER girl was actually available.  One lived elsewhere and the other was "Busy". The staff was polite and tried to find alternatives but I simply was not interested.  Typical but no problem, I was not surprised and I spent $0 dollars so no big loss.  I can now say based on this experience I would NOT recommend this company... BTW the two girls that were unavailable are still proudly displayed on their website.

CLW Colombian latin woman:  They have a quirky little website that another member here had turned me onto.  I had contacted them prior to arrival and inquired about there rates and services.  They offered 4 dates for $120 dollars.  As it turns out, I did not have time to utilize this service so I asked for 1 date only.  They were unwilling to negoitiate any sort of deals in that regard.  So spent $0 dollars but saw zero ladies.  They don't have much of a selection but were eager to help when I walked into their office.  The bright spot of their entire deal was they had a very good translator named Vanessa.  I utilized her for spot duty a couple times and she was very reliable.  Overall I am not going to recommend this agency but if you can find 4 ladies on the site that interest you it may be worth the gamble...actually you better find 8 ladies than hope that 4 are actually available!

Jamies International Introductions:  I spoke with approx. a month before arrival and supplied him with a small list of girls I would like to meet.  As the weeks came closer I added a few of his newer ladies as well.  When I arrived I had a list of approx. 10-12 girls.  I wound up meeting 6 in a day and one half.  In this moment I will not go into details about how the meetings went but I will say they were were ALL good attactive women with various backgrounds. They were portrayed accurately on the website.   I paid Jamie $360 dollars for two days service with interpreter/assistant.  I received the 6 introductions, the assistant, and 2 nights at the Prado Hotel.  I considered this an excellent deal for me.  I do not know if this is a deal he would offer to first time users but I have utilized him in the past so I got it.

OVERALL: Of the three agencies I interacted with, Jamies agency was superior insofar as I am concerned.  A decent percentage of the girls were available and they were portrayed accurately.  AFA was all about the bucks as far as I could see.  CLW was unwilling to mold to what my needs were so I took that as a negative.

In all fairness to the two agencies other then Jamies, it doesnot appear you are comparing apples to apples in that you only wanted 1 or 2 particular ladies whereas with Jamie you were open to meeting more ladies and spending more money. Business is business and the more you are willing to spend the better the service you will receive. These are just my thoughts as a business person.

I think CLW is the old BB. Is the owner a gordita, abogada? they will deal and get lots of chicas. However, like most agencies you wont find them in the BBB. Still, a viable option - or at least they used to be. However, I did receive an email from a Shawn a few months ago and responded but did not hear back. Vanessa is usually good about emails but I have not written her in a considerable time. The old agency was an official "Papi Approved" establishment but I am not sure about any new ownership

Yo LatinSurfer, you are correct in that I had different agendas with each agency, with differing amounts to spend. I thought I explained myself fairly well on why I came to my conclusions.  Insofar as AFA is concerned I really can't find a decent excuse as to why they have ladies up on the site even after they are certain they are gone.  That sort of tactic is common but I would not recommended any agency so blatent about it. 

Yo paps, have you ever met Pocahontas, I mean Vanessa?  She is stunning, I think even your stringent looks requirements would be met.  I do not know who owns it but Vanessa said something about a guy in the States.  They really were not all that bad but they  insisted on the purchase of 4 dates when I only had time for one so I for their lack of flexability I did not recommend them.  For the guy who is going to ask for mulitiple dates they may be ok.  There were many ladies in the office while I was there and the pooch factor was very high I must say! 
BTW You know I love a good fight!

Vanessa is a cutie…very innocent.  Sorry to hear the pooch factor has gone up – it does not come as a big surprise.

I have had some interaction with Jammie on diffrent forums he seems to be a good business man no frills, others have said he does produce the young ladies you want to meet at introductory request, as were a lot of other agencies are inadequate regarding this, he is a little more expensive but like the old saying you get what you pay for
