One possible business model (as mentioned earlier in the forum) would be to change from address-selling services to advertisement services. There, men would put their profiles for ladies to view, including their contact information. The cost to each man would depend on for how long he will "advertise" himself. The ladies then choose which men to correspond with and each lady, if she so desires, will privately provide her contact information. The advertising agency will never in any way release ladies' contact information to men, thus, it does not have to comply with the IMBRA requirements. The agency can also imply that if men and women also put their profiles on Yahoo Personals or Match and "officially" establish contact there, then they can be IMBRA exempt when time comes for her visa/consular interview. Perhaps, a legal opinion on this may be helpful.
